NSFW illustration add ons can be discussed from anything size "thigh-up" to "full-body" for a +15$ charge for solo and a +30$ for 2+ ocs.

COMMISSION T.O.S.

First and foremost i reserve the right to decline or deny any commission at any point that i see fit. This could be due to character complexity, general disinterest, discomfort surrounding you or your online activity or being currently in an unfit mental state.If i decline your commission partway into / past the payment phase you will be refunded at the soonest convenience

Basic info.Payment is given 100% upfront for any order. I won't begin until payment has been completed.
We can discuss a pre-approval sketch before payment is given, depending on the size and content of the piece i may request an upfront payment of minimum 5$ for a pre-approval sketch.

Refund Process.

  • Before Illustration is started: You may request a cancelation of your order and will be fully refunded.

  • Post sketch / early lineart: If a cancelation is requested you will be fully refunded, and the sketch will be repurposed for personal art or a YCH.

  • Post lineart / early color-post color: If cancelation is requested we will discuss a partial refund with a minimum fee of 20$ for illustrations tigh-up size and up, anything smaller will be discussed case-by-case.

  • Once illustration is completed / in final stages: No refund is possible at this point. I am still willing to finalize your commission, though you may still cancel if you wish where i will most likely either scrap or repurpose the illustration.

Payment is acceptable through:
- Cashapp (prefered)
- Paypal

Process.
You may ask for an update at any point in time, though please note that I both work full-time and have to manage my own mental health.
I will try to consistently update you as frequintly as possible, but please do not be afraid to reach out with reminders as it genuinely does help.

General Notes:
✦ I do prefer drawing mostly masc presenting characters as its my usual subject of illustration, i can and will do femme and smaller figures but am more likely to decline hyper-femme-female ocs or flat-faced "kemono"/"Anime" ocs that resemble more humanoid facial anatomy. Bimbofication/Bimbo atatomy is fine however.✦ I love getting to draw any trans, GNC or LGBTQIA+ characters in general. Though I would rather not draw/be asked to draw F✦ta, H✦rm or c-boy/d-girl labeled ocs as they make me uncomfortable and feel fetishistic of the trans identity. OCs with strange/uncommon/atypical genitalia that AREN'T labled with these lables are fine however :) as most of my ocs fall under this catagory themselves.✦ I typically won't up-charge for complex designs unless they incoorperate more than 1 extra set of arms, and this will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. I do personally enjoy designs that have a lot of details and patterns, but may be hesitant to accept commissins for excessive "sparkle dogs" especially if they have a very eye-strain pallette, only because my eyes are very sensitive to long term exposure.

Character Ownership Transfer & Resale

This section works more as a courtesy for sales/trades regarding characters I have created or owned. This will include adoptables, character sales, characters not designed by me and characters who are gifted regardless of designer.

Character Resale

If you have acquired an oc from me, whether of my own design or of a third-party designer these are the guidelines that will apply.

  • Any oc purchased from me may only be resold for its initial purchase price, unless your own art or commissioned art has been added.

  • Any oc traded from from me may only be retraded unless your own art or commissioned art has been added.

  • Gift ocs may not be resold or traded unless your own art or commissioned art has been added.

Adoptables

If you have or had acquired an adoptable from me, whether hand-drawn or on a third-party base, these are the guidelines that will apply.

  • Any adoptable design you have purchased from me can be freely resold, traded or gifted away.

  • When reselling an adoptable you may not do so for profit; The original price you paid MUST be the resale price UNLESS you have added your own art or have commissioned art.

  • If you were TRADED an adoptable, you may list and refer to it as having an initial monetary value, but only if doing so to incentivise a fair trade for another oc or artwork.

  • If you were TRADED an adoptable you may NOT resell it for any profit unless you have added your own art or have commission art.

  • If you were GIFTED an adoptable you may NOT resell it for any profit, NOR may you TRADE it UNLESS you have added your own art work or have commissioned art.

Vouchers

Any oc that has been traded to you may be retraded for a voucher of reasonable price. This voucher MUST be used to purchase the oc or art you desire BY the person you are trading the oc to.
You may NOT be given the money directly to ensure propper use of the voucher.

EXTRA.

If you have any questions or need any clarification regarding the resale, retrade or regifting of an oc feel free to reach out to me and we can discuss. If you are unsure if an exchange you are participating follows these guidelines don't be afraid to ask. Worst I can say is no. Im generally pretty lax about these guidelines and will work with you on a case-to-case basis. Please do not go and harass anyone that you see ignoring these guidelines, feel free to inform me but the most action that will be taken is a block and private blacklisting.

CHARACTER COPYRIGHT AND USE TERMS.

This section will cover the essential use cases and copyright applications of illustration, character designs or collaborations i produce.

  • Any illustration I produce I will retain the right to replicate, reproduce, repost and display as I please.

  • You may display, post to social media, share to friends or have personal merchanise made of* for personal use only, any illustration made FOR you.

  • You may freely use any character aquired or commissioned from me for display, post to social media, sharing to friends or commissioning of art.

  • You MAY create merchandise for personal use OR resale of your oc ONLY if the artwork included is not the illustration I have physically made. This essentially covers the ability to use the designs likeness in other illustrations.

  • You may freely create any personal physical item of an oc such as but not limited to: plush figures, art dolls, physical paintings, fursuits, costumes, cosplays, etc.

  • IF you use an oc you have aquired from me to make a "premade" or predesigned fursuit for the intentional purpose of sale & profit this MUST be discussed with me so that a commercial fee can be agreed upon.
